Message From Our President(2019-2020)

The Kiwanis Club of Barrie has grown by 9 new members over the past 12 months (2018-2019). Please contact us for more information about membership. As our Club continues to move forwardwith more service and community events, we face many challenges. Growth in our Membership is needed to meet the needs of Children in Barrie and around the world.

To date the Kiwanis Club has increased a further 10 members (As of January 31st, 2020)

The rest of the good news is our Club has dedicated Kiwanis Members and a sound financial footing. The next 2 years (2019-2021) our goal will be to continue to grow, look for "New Hands on Projects"and continue our service to the many immediate needs of our community.

In 2021-22 the Kiwais Club of Barrie will Celebrate 100 Years of Community Service to Barrie and Area. Plans are being worked on now for "Special Events" to celebrate this milestone in our Service History.

Anniversary Charter Date is August 15th, 1922 The 100th Anniversary Celebration Dinner is September 17th, 2022 - Location to be announced later.
